Day 1:
Good morning and welcome to your how to find the perfect #girlboss training. This training was developed to help you find those diamonds in the rough or adding high powered coaches to your team.
The one thing that I want to emphasize is that it has to come from you and your belief in this company and this opportunity.
All of the success in your business comes from you wanting to succeed and believing 100% possible that you are going to make it BIG.
Decide something new if you were to put a little bit more time into personal development every day, How much do you think your business would change? I bet a lot.
The more your desire to succeed has to be greater then your Fears.
For this training we are going to be using “You are a Badass.” How to stop doubting yourself.

Here is the entire book on audio. The entire book is sixteen hours long. Try to do what you can but, aim for 30 minutes a day.
Day 2: Challenge groups
This is the first place that you should be doing your recruiting from. WHY… they are already a product of the product. Now, with that being said...Not every challenger is going to be a coach and I do not want you to look at your clients this way. However, if you have an individual who is motivating, inspiring, doing what we do as coaches in the group then, extending them the offer to join your team is going to benefit the both of you. They are familiar with what we do already and a lot of successful coaches come from challenge groups.

Day 3:
Part of finding that perfect girlboss is knowing your target market. You want to have quality over quantity when it comes to sponsoring your perfect coach. This also applies to your posts. quality over quantity with your target market as the focus.

So today we are going to focus on finding your target market.
Close your eyes and try to imagine these things in as much detail as possible.
Day 4:
Today we are going to listen to a call from the fabulous Kati Heifner on finding your perfect coach.
Get ready to take lots of notes from this call.

Day 5: Fear… lets talk about this for a second. Are you scared to offer this gift to other people? Are you scared or dont know how to talk to others about coaching? Today I want you to listen to a call that Leann Ruff did for another coach.

Crafting quality coaching recruitment posts:
Okay so here is where you are aiming for quality vs. Quanitity.
This is the face of your business.
Your marketing is what attracts your audience and if you want to attract high powered coaches then your marketing needs to fit that.
Use quality professional pictures if you can.
If you use text make sure that it is clear and legible, multiple fonts are used to highlight different areas of the wording. Avoid dark pictures or any selfies in this area.
Professional is what you are after…. you are a ladyboss BAD BUTT ENTREPRENEUR remember that.

Beachbody is all about forming relationships with other people. When someone stumbles across your page…. What do they know about you? Are you sharing from the surface about your life or are you sharing from your soul? You have to get comfortable of sharing your story with other people.
Today I want you to listen to one of the most successful coaches in the business Christine Dwyer on why sharing your story is so key to recruiting and having success in your business.
