This week we are focusing on the 3 vital behaviors:
1. Personal Development-go back through week 1 of mindset and belief. The best way to build confidence and belief is your personal development-10-15mins OR MORE a day in some positive messages!! For me, I pick an area I’m struggling with (communication, belief, leadership, time management) and pick a book or audio to help me in that area. If you are struggling with where to find personal development help you can go to youtube.com or talk to your coach about some great sources. My favorite ones to start with is:

2. Product of the Product-I hope you are working out and drinking shakeology!! If not, it’s going to be very hard to SHARE YOUR JOURNEY!! Get a program and stick with it.
3. Invite Invite Invite: The one most coaches hesitate on!! AHHH!!! So we will do a big focus on this one this week. This is all about Sharing your journey and inviting others to come along. It doesn’t HAVE to be scary when you look at it as HELPING, GIVING, Spreading HOPE!
So where do we start??
The number 1 ACTION that is going to make a difference for you is to write things down!! SO I know you already thought of a person's name-or maybe two, who could do this with you-either as a coach or a challenger. I want you to get a notebook and write those names down!
