Team Force New Coach On Boarding Checklist
I have a new coach….Now what?
By far the BEST call on how to get coaches started right with Kendra Fletcher:

o CHECK PLACEMENT
Check their placement in your Coach Online Office. You have 72 hours to move their placement by emailing coach relations. After that, it gets locked in!
o SEND THEM WELCOME EMAIL
Determine if they are a Discount or a Business Building coach and send them the appropriate email:
*I send everyone an email, those who are signing up as coaches AND those signing up for the discount. I have two different emails I send them.

o ADD THEM TO GROUPS
Add them to the LOCKER ROOM and Your personal group- if applicable. Introduce them with a post and a photo! Share a little about them. This is a big deal and really makes them feel part of our community!
o SCHEDULE GETTING STARTED RIGHT CALL (GSR)
You will want to set up a call within 72 hours (if possible) of them signing up. (I do this with those who are "discount coaches" too!! They are still an important part of your team and we go over their fitness goals and I invite them to post their workout photos to social media-because thats the first step in coaching-SHARING!) This is a phone call so that you can find out what their goals are, learn about them, and encourage them. I also use this to share the POTENTIAL for them in this business and get them to start dreaming big! If they haven’t filled out the New Coach Welcome email within 48 hours, I let them know I’m excited to get their info back-but I don’t chase them down to schedule this call.
Here is a GSR flow chart to follow: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0C4BvJhRw59VFJqbzRrcm1teXM/view?usp=sharing
o PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT ON YOUR PROFILE
Once you have the new coach call and asked permission- give them a shout out on your fb profile, letting people know they are your newest coach, Why you are excited about them joining and that if people want to learn more about this “beachbody thing” or want a place to start on their own fitness journey, to contact them!
o GET THEM PLUGGED INTO COACH TRAINING
If they are business builders, I will be sure to plug them into the new coaches training from the training tab (I am hopping to have this automated by email soon!!) Have them do the new coach basics and then go over the What to Post on FB course.
Also, let them know that you want to support them in being successful and that whenever they have questions, to ask in the team page first and then ask you. Creating independent coaches is impt and showing them where to find answers will protect your time and help them understand the importance of THEIR time with their own future coaches.
o ONGOING SUPPORT
You'll then want to continue to support your coaches. Every coach needs different things and different levels of support. I try to set up weekly 1 on 1 calls or messaging checkins with my PS coaches that are building and add any Emerald Rank coaches to the “Team Force Leadership” group and chat so they have support with business building accountability.
