So now that you are inviting on a personal level... i want to make sure that you are not overloading your friends with information.
Layer it on.
Starting with a simple greeting then what connects you to them...
Jennifer Rose invite yesterday was perfect.
Notice how it was an indirect approach.. asking if she knew anyone that would like to participate.
Also there was no mention of the 21 day fix or Beachbody in any of the invite... this often scares people away because you are leading with your intentions... not theres.
Here was Jennifers invite:
Hey Colie!!! How are you!? I don't know if you remember me, but I met you at Cashmere at Lavo in Vegas like 2 years ago ...wow I cant believe how fast time goes.. I cant believe edc has been that long ago already... are you going to Miami Music Week???? Anywayss, I'm not sure if you know this already, but I run online health/fitness groups that are super fun, motivating, where we focus on getting healthy and fit and truly making it a lifestyle! I’m pretty stoked about my Kickstart the New Year group that will be starting on January 19th! I know many people set the goal of getting healthy and take time to work on themselves in the New Year….sooo with that being said, do you know anyone that would be interested in participating?
After this person responds then FORM them..
Ask them about their fitness, what they do for a living, their nutrition, why they want to make the change. I always try to get on the phone with them and set up a consultation. This way we can chat and I can learn about them. I can offer solutions as well right there on the phone.
Then if they are ready... walk them right through the ordering process.
no waiting for links to see if they ordered and a lot less crickets.

Remember to keep inviting... every single day. Do not wait on responses and place all of your eggs in one basket. Just keep going!!

Day 4: So there are many ways that you can invite to your challenge groups.
Watch this video so that you understand the different ways this can be done. Please take note that personal invite in the diagram is where most of your invites should come from. Then social media posts and events.
There is a place for all three and the more you use social media and start using other sites like Instagram, Facebook business pages, blogs, youtube etc… the more that others in your target market will find you.
However this should never replace building relationships and personally inviting.

Day 5: If I meet someone on social media and we start talking I always send them a WOOFU document for them to fill out so that I learn more about them. This ASSESSMENT phase of the invite is so crucial. You want to know as much information about them as possible.
In addition if I am doing an ad for a new coach training or for a challenge group I will attach the woofu document there as well. I want to know who it is that I am working with, I want to make sure that they have concrete goals and are ready for change. Remember this is you offering a service and people should fill out a questionnaire to see if they are a good fit for your program.
You are a professional. You own a business. You are the face of your business. So your posts need to be professional and directed at those that you want to work with.
ie. The overweight mother who has no energy to play with her kids., The newly post partum mother that is trying to lose the baby weight. Nurses and healthcare professionals that like to help others, Mothers that are looking to stay home with their children.
Whatever your market is I highly suggest using woofu documents in your business.

Today is a BIG Day in social media land. Sunday evenings is when I always post about a challenge group or coaching. Why
1. people are online at night after a busy weekend.
2. Most people are thinking about a lifestyle change they want to make after the weekend. Wether they are dreading Mondays or because they overindulged over the weekend.
So be sure to take advantage of these two areas and make sure that you have a post ready to go tonight, For me I find between 9-930p is the best time.

the sale and setting up the follow up.
When we invite it goes one of four ways:
1. Yes!!
2. Not right now.
3. Crickets.
4. Can I just purchase the workout and NOT Shakeology?
I’m going to help you learn how to move through this!

When you’ve taken the time to talk with your future challenger, you’ve gotten to know
their goals, you’ve helped them pick out the PERFECT program for THEM & they give
you the FEELING that they are ready to DO THIS with you.
This is what I want you to practice doing…
I want you to ask a DIRECT question:
“I am SO excited for you Jackie!!! I cannot WAIT to celebrate your success with you &
see you SUPER CONFIDENT in your wedding dress!
Do you have 5 minutes now for me to walk you through grabbing your Challenge Pack?”
When they say yes… give them STEP by STEP directions! UseCoachingCodes.com
to give them a direct link to the CP they want. Ask them to shoot you a message
when they have finished placing their order so you can TRACK THEIR SHIPMENT
and RSVP them to your Challenge Group.

This is a GREAT answer still. It is IMPERATIVE that you SET UP for the Follow Up
though!
This is what we want you to practice saying:
“Ok!! NO WORRIES!! I actually host a new Challenge Group every month! I’d love for
you to join us when you can, I know you will love it! Would it be ok with you if I put a
reminder in my calendar to follow up with you in a few weeks to see if thats a better
time for you?”

Third Response:
They showed interest initially & asked what your Challenge Group was all about… but
shortly after there was no response.
None.
Crickets.
Give it 1-3 days. Remember life is busy & not EVERYONE checks into Facebook
daily.
When you’ve given them a couple days… simply shoot them a quick but direct
message:
“Hey girl! Totally not trying to bug you, but I’m finalizing my June Challenge Group. I
am saving you a spot!! Are you still wanting to join us?”
At this point, if they say YES - refer to first scenario. If they say NOT RIGHT NOW -
set up a follow up time in a few weeks. If they STILL do not respond - it’s time to jot
their name down on your list & move on.

Last Response:
“Can I just purchase the workout and NOT Shakeology?”
This is where you need to STICK to your guns. They will NEVER value Shakeology if
they do not see that YOU value Shakeology.
Here is an example of what you could say:
“You know…. You can definitely get started with just the Beachbody program if you’d
like & I’d be happy to check in with you once a week for support! The online
Challenge Group requires Shakeology daily since this ENSURES your results…
because your nutrition will be ON POINT! I know I was hesitant about Shakeology at
first, but I learned to give up my 2 Diet Cokes a day to cover the cost & it is essentially
my secret weapon that kicked my Double Stuffed Oreo habit. It replaces a meal, so
basically I buy 30 days worth of breakfast up front. I know it will help you get the
results you are looking for. Do you want to try it?”

Alright - thats a LOT of info. Don’t feel like you need to MEMORIZE it all. Before you
know it - this will be second nature to you!! For now, use this as a REFERENCE. You
are LEARNING!

Let me know what you think and I am happy to help with wording!

Oh great! Thanks!! I will put together a foundation and you can feel free to copy/paste or tweak it a little or make it totally your own!

3.The other thing is to ask for the referral right when they are signing up. This can be used for the challenger or for the coach.

Use this referral approach today.

It is the only bench mark that we are given by Beachbody. It is the ONLY thing that I knew I had to accomplish every month. I was told if I want a 6 figure business then hit SC10 every month so that is what I did and that still remains my goal to this day.

Here are my top tips to finish the month strong!!
Everyone can do this!! Let'good morning! Before we dig into the week and all the things we have to do lets reflect. I felt like I was all over the place with my posts, I was unsure of my invites, I wasn't great at tracking and I felt like I got nothing accomplished. THAT IS NORMAL. It's like learning a new job, you are not going to know all the answers at first and it will take you longer to respond in the beginning. But just like anything new, if you practice it will become a habit.
So today set time aside to do a little planning.
When will you do your business each day this week.
Schedule the time in your calendar.
Then make a master to do list of everything you would like to accomplish in no particular order.
Then, prioritize that list based on what you absolutely need to do right now to be successful.
Your goal is to achieve 3-5 people in a challenge group so you reach Success Club this month. So that means advertising for your challenge groups via social media and that means inviting personally and following up.
So, game plan for today!
Post about your workout or rest day
Post about your meal plan for the week on timeline.
Prep food for the week and snap a picture of it.
Talk about how the weekends used to get you off track and now that you have beachbody groups for accountability there are no more Mondays where you are starting over. Then invite people to join!

It is Sunday. One of the best days of the week to advertise for your challenge groups.
Today, craft a facebook or Instagram ad and post it here for us to help you {and give love} then plan on posting it around 839-930p tonight.
Remember... Catchy pictures. Can be your transformation, one of your challengers, a picture of you working out, a picture of your beautiful face.
However, telling your story is where it is at. You want to know exactly who you are talking too in your post.

And the objections continue. I get them all of the time. I think the key to objections is to talk to more people. The more people that you are having conversations with the more that you are going to reach more people. This is why the Go for No approach is so helpful.
However, VALUE is why your client will decide yes or no.
Does your client know what they all get in the challenge group? Have you taken the time to get to know them and their needs?
Do your posts on social media add value into their lives? Are you sharing recipes, tips, your story, motivation, inspiration that is from the heart?

This is a GREAT answer still. It is IMPERATIVE that you SET UP for the Follow Up
though!
This is what we want you to practice saying:
“Ok!! NO WORRIES!! I actually host a new Challenge Group every month! I’d love for
you to join us when you can, I know you will love it! Would it be ok with you if I put a
reminder in my calendar to follow up with you in a few weeks to see if thats a better
time for you?”

Third Response:
They showed interest initially & asked what your Challenge Group was all about… but
shortly after there was no response.
None.
Crickets.
Give it 1-3 days. Remember life is busy & not EVERYONE checks into Facebook
daily.
When you’ve given them a couple days… simply shoot them a quick but direct
message:
“Hey girl! Totally not trying to bug you, but I’m finalizing my June Challenge Group. I
am saving you a spot!! Are you still wanting to join us?”
At this point, if they say YES - refer to first scenario. If they say NOT RIGHT NOW -
set up a follow up time in a few weeks. If they STILL do not respond - it’s time to jot
their name down on your list & move on.

“Can I just purchase the workout and NOT Shakeology?”
This is where you need to STICK to your guns. They will NEVER value Shakeology if
they do not see that YOU value Shakeology.
Here is an example of what you could say:
“You know…. You can definitely get started with just the Beachbody program if you’d
like & I’d be happy to check in with you once a week for support! The online
Challenge Group requires Shakeology daily since this ENSURES your results…
because your nutrition will be ON POINT! I know I was hesitant about Shakeology at
first, but I learned to give up my 2 Diet Cokes a day to cover the cost & it is essentially
my secret weapon that kicked my Double Stuffed Oreo habit. It replaces a meal, so
basically I buy 30 days worth of breakfast up front. I know it will help you get the
results you are looking for. Do you want to try it?”

Alright - thats a LOT of info. Don’t feel like you need to MEMORIZE it all. Before you
know it - this will be second nature to you!! For now, use this as a REFERENCE. You
are LEARNING!
Day 10:Referral program:
So earlier in this training you heard Marsha Mention the referral program.
There are a couple of ways that you can do this:
- you can help a new prospect craft a post explaining that they are joining a health and fitness challenge group and that they are hoping they can have some friends join them for extra support and accountability.
- The other option is to message one of your new challengers and asking them if they wouldnt mind posting something on their page and you will give them a referral.
Here is an example of how that conversation would go:
Coach:
Hey Jenn!! How are you doing this evening? How are you feeling as we prepare to begin with the challenge group?I was thinking about something - if you would want to post something on your page about how you are working to become more healthy and are excited about starting the 21 Day Fix with clean eating and home workouts and ask if anyone would like to join you in this challenge group, I would be happy to offer an incentive for any referrals who end up getting started with me! Let me know what you think and I am happy to help with wording!
Challenger:
Sure I would be happy to post something. Is there specific wording I should use?
Coach:
Oh great! Thanks!! I will put together a foundation and you can feel free to copy/paste or tweak it a little or make it totally your own!

I am taking the next step in getting back to my "pre-baby" self! I am excited to be starting with the 21 Day Fix which involves basic clean eating and 30 minute home workouts. 3.The other thing is to ask for the referral right when they are signing up. This can be used for the challenger or for the coach.

This gives them an accountability partner and the option to grow a business or do a challenge group with a friend.
Use this referral approach today.
Report back how it went and what strategie you used? Heck you can use all three. 8 days to hit it hard. My goal is for no 2,3,4 will remain on the board because you will all be 5.

It is the only bench mark that we are given by Beachbody. It is the ONLY thing that I knew I had to accomplish every month. I was told if I want a 6 figure business then hit SC10 every month so that is what I did and that still remains my goal to this day.

Here are my top tips to finish the month strong!!
Everyone can do this!! Let'good morning! Before we dig into the week and all the things we have to do lets reflect. I felt like I was all over the place with my posts, I was unsure of my invites, I wasn't great at tracking and I felt like I got nothing accomplished. THAT IS NORMAL. It's like learning a new job, you are not going to know all the answers at first and it will take you longer to respond in the beginning. But just like anything new, if you practice it will become a habit.
So today set time aside to do a little planning.
When will you do your business each day this week.
Schedule the time in your calendar.
Then make a master to do list of everything you would like to accomplish in no particular order.
Then, prioritize that list based on what you absolutely need to do right now to be successful.
Your goal is to achieve 3-5 people in a challenge group so you reach Success Club this month. So that means advertising for your challenge groups via social media and that means inviting personally and following up.
So, game plan for today!
Post about your workout or rest day
Post about your meal plan for the week on timeline.
Prep food for the week and snap a picture of it.
Talk about how the weekends used to get you off track and now that you have beachbody groups for accountability there are no more Mondays where you are starting over. Then invite people to join!

It is Sunday. One of the best days of the week to advertise for your challenge groups.
Today, craft a facebook or Instagram ad and post it here for us to help you {and give love} then plan on posting it around 839-930p tonight.
Remember... Catchy pictures. Can be your transformation, one of your challengers, a picture of you working out, a picture of your beautiful face.
However, telling your story is where it is at. You want to know exactly who you are talking too in your post.

Day 14:
And the objections continue. I get them all of the time. I think the key to objections is to talk to more people. The more people that you are having conversations with the more that you are going to reach more people. This is why the Go for No approach is so helpful.
However, VALUE is why your client will decide yes or no.
Does your client know what they all get in the challenge group? Have you taken the time to get to know them and their needs?
Do your posts on social media add value into their lives? Are you sharing recipes, tips, your story, motivation, inspiration that is from the heart?

You could advertise that you will be awarding one of your challengers the 21 day fix extreme workout to those that are in your February 2nd challenge group.
