Week 1 Day 1 Mindset
Today we are going to talk about mindset!
Think that whole 'law of attraction' stuff isn't real?
THINK AGAIN!
The truth is, we are emotional beings. Our thoughts DIRECTLY effect our emotions. Our emotions DIRECTLY effect our actions. Our actions DIRECTLY effect our results.
No matter how hard you try, if you have a negative mind, you will have negative results in your life. THAT my friends, is the absolute truth. And it's good news! Because it also means the opposite is true.
Positive people have positive results.
It's actually like this:
BELIEVE then ACHIEVE then RECEIVE.
It's not the other way around.
But how do you become a positive person? How do you BELIEVE?
What comes into your head you can't always anticipate. Sometimes negative thoughts scream at you. Sometimes down right scary thoughts bubble up. That is normal! So what are you supposed to do with that?
DO NOT CLAIM THE NEGATIVITY
Do not resist it, because what you resist actually persists. No, instead, you get to say to yourself, 'Oh, that's interesting that something in me wants to believe this. But I choose not to hold on to this thought. Goodbye! I am going to think positive thoughts instead...' Then, you BREATH.
It really is that simple! I challenge you to begin making a practice of this new thought pattern immediately. I guarantee you that the people in this group who go diamond are going to be the ones that learn how to do this. So learn it now and learn it fast. You deserve it.
You deserve to be happy.
You deserve to hit this goal.
You deserve to believe in yourself.
You deserve to let the world benefit from the amazingness that is YOU!
Does that scare you? Here's what I tell myself when I feel fear. I turn it on it's head. I tell myself, 'this isn't fear, this is excitement! I am ALIVE!'
You see, fear feels the same to the body as excitement does. Honestly, it's the same adrenalin rush, the same sweaty palms and pitter patter of your heart. The ONLY difference is how you let your mind interpret the experience. Do you choose to claim it as fear? NO LONGER!
IT IS YOUR MIND and YOU are in the drivers seat. Trust your HEART to lead you in the direction of your dreams. Your heart will never fail you!
